The edge network does the heavy lifting
Your site is served from Cloudflare's edge rather than one server in one city. Three practical consequences.
It is faster for your customers.
Content is cached and served from a data centre geographically close to whoever is loading the page. A customer in Glenelg and a customer in Melbourne both get a fast response without paying for servers in both places.
It absorbs attacks before they reach you.
DDoS traffic, credential-stuffing bots and comment spam hit Cloudflare's network first and are filtered there. Your origin never sees them.
TLS is handled properly.
Certificates are issued and renewed automatically. Expired certificate warnings — one of the most common causes of a site suddenly reading as “not secure” — do not happen.
Why managed care, not a $5 host
Nobody patches your site, checks a dependency vulnerability, notices it went down at 2am, or has a backup from before the thing that broke it. A care plan is the difference between renting a server and having someone responsible for the outcome.
You do not have to have built it with us
We audit the current site, take a full backup, migrate it to Cloudflare, verify DNS and TLS, and test forms, checkout and integrations before switching over.
Typically an afternoon of downtime-free work. If the current setup is fragile, we will tell you before touching it. Existing Shopify and Medusa stores can be covered by a Store Care plan without moving the platform.

No. We migrate sites built elsewhere onto Cloudflare and manage them from there. Migration is included in the first month for sites under 50 pages.
Text edits, swapping images, updating opening hours or contact details, adding a team member, changing a price. Anything that is a new page, a layout change or a new feature is quoted separately — always with a price before work starts.
Uptime monitoring alerts us. We investigate and fix it during South Australian business hours. For anything outside those hours, static hosting on Cloudflare continues serving the last good version, so visitors generally see the site rather than an error.
Yes. Month to month, 30 days notice. You keep the domain, the content and every credential.
Same business day is the standard. If something is actively broken and losing you money, say so in the email and it gets prioritised.
That is normal — it is additional development, quoted up front, outside the allowance. You will always see a price before work starts.
